چکیده

In recent years, there is a trend of improving the performance and efficiency all existing measuring instruments due to leap in technology. Almost every industry uses variety technologies that apply temperature control. Temperature heated body can be estimated by parameters its thermal radiation, which are electromagnetic waves different lengths. measurement necessary for comfortable automatic control management production processes. The use non-contact means makes it possible measure of, firstly, moving objects, secondly, objects inaccessible places, thirdly, avoid damage when controlling large temperatures. High speed, possibility without disconnecting object from technological process, ensuring personnel safety, up 3000 °C – these advantages method. To obtain reliable values thermophysical quantities know processes occurring interaction device or sensor with measurement. These affect magnitude error, is, result deviation true value measured parameter. This paper describes errors pyrometers, namely total radiation pyrometer, partial spectral ratio as well shows results comparative calculations between them. Expressions evaluation methodical pyrometers given, shown.

An automated non-contact wall temperature measurement using thermoreflectance

This work presents a novel implementation of wall temperature measurement by thermoreflectance. The implementation relies on imaging light reflected from an interface between a transparent wall and liquid, and processing the resulting digital images to measure the diameter of the resulting light ring. The system is relatively simple to implement and the validation data indicate that the output ...

Sensitivity of knee replacement contact calculations to kinematic measurement errors.

The ability to measure in vivo knee kinematics accurately makes it tempting to calculate in vivo contact forces, pressures, and areas directly from kinematic data. However, the sensitivity of contact calculations to kinematic measurement errors has not been adequately investigated. To address this issue, we developed a series of sensitivity analyses derived from a validated in vivo computationa...

Measurement of hand-vibration transmissibility by non-contact measurement techniques

Background: Workers who use hand-held vibrating tools may experience finger blanching attacks due to episodic vasospasm in the digital vessels. In occupational medicine, the pathological consequences to the exposure to handtransmitted vibration are known as vibration induced white finger (VWF). In many cases, workers are recommended to use anti-vibration gloves and a standard procedure (ISO 108...

Non-contact Deflection Measurement at High Speed

ABSTRACT: Traditional stationary or low speed deflection measurements become problematic on roads with high traffic densities. Traffic safety is decreased when survey vehicles like low speed deflectographs or stationary falling weight devices carry out measurements on highway networks. This paper describes how the Greenwood High Speed Deflectograph applies Laser Doppler Technology to provide in...
